Melbourne woman and her two friends left with brain injury after being attacked on a bus in Melbourne’s south-east.
On February 26, the woman and two female friends were on a bus from Dandenong Station to Bock Street in Doveton when they were assaulted by a group of eight men.
According to authorities, the three women were repeatedly kicked and punched.
A “mild traumatic brain injury” and a broken nose were among the injuries sustained by one woman.
The incident has been termed as “extremely unsettling” by Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton.
“It’s really horrifying that anything like this could happen on public transportation,” he remarked.
No one has been charged as a result of the incident.
The photograph of two guys who the police want to talk with has been released.
They are requesting anyone with information that could lead to the identification of the eight guys to come forwards.
