Olivia Frazer, the star of Married At First Sight, has lost her job as a result of her controversial appearance on the show.
The 28-year-old teaching student became the season’s ‘villain’ after sharing a nude photo of competing bride Domenica Calarco with the cast, revealing her as an OnlyFans model.
Olivia confessed the last few weeks had been ‘hell’ for her and husband Jackson Lonie on 2Day FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin on Tuesday, despite saying she had ‘no empathy’ for Dom and refusing to apologise to her on camera.
‘I’ve already lost my job as a direct result of this show,’ she told the hosts, who then asked her if she ‘regretted’ going on MAFS in the first place.
‘I don’t as I’ve got some beautiful girlfriends from it… and I don’t, as I’ve got Jackson,’ she said.
After reading a petition to have legal action taken against her in light of the nude photo incident, Olivia said she’d fully removed herself from social media.
‘I don’t know if I’ll ever go back online in a social media way,’ she said.
‘I saw that petition, and it’s like – more people have signed a petition to have me arrested than to end the war in Ukraine. In Australia I feel like I’m more hated than Vladimir Putin.
‘I hate that I’m the priority. That’s ridiculous.’
More than 123,000 people signed a Change.org petition for Australia’s eSafety Commissioner to take action against Olivia.
