Amber Heard has refuted a claim that she will be removed from the film “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” and that her part as Mera will be played by another actress.
JustJared was reportedly told by a source that Warner Brothers made the decision to recast Amber Heard’s character after conducting screen tests for the movie.

However, a representative for Heard rejected the ‘false’ allegation.
Heard’s representative has denied the rumor, calling it “inaccurate, insensitive, and slightly insane.” They went on to say that the “rumor mill continues as it has from day one.”
Following the highly publicised defamation litigation that the problematic actress was involved in with her ex-husband Johnny Depp, the decision was made to fire her.
Heard, 36, claimed that Warner Brothers “didn’t want to include me” in the DC Comics sequel, during her highly publicised defamation battle with her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The trial received massive media attention.
She also mentioned that up to the time that Depp’s legal team purportedly began a campaign against her, she was “actively scheduling timing for filming” the superhero movie, as Heard put it.
She said that the amount of screen time devoted to her in the movie was significantly reduced.
