The family of a father-of-two, a 34-year-old teacher who passed away unexpectedly, has described how his death has rocked their Life.
Mitch Cade Williams passed away on Saturday after collapsing in his home in Melbourne.
Mitch, who has been called “one of the greats” and “an amazing man,” is survived by Casey Williams, his wife of 12 years.
Lila, age three, and Zoe, age one, who Mitch “absolutely lived” for, had now lost their “unique” father.
Reading all these notes, as terrible as it is, really shows how much he meant to people, Casey stated when discussing the outpouring of love since his passing.
He was the most incredible man, she added, adding that his laugh could be heard for miles.
Meanwhile, Mitch’s friend Cal Glassford remarked that if he “needed a laugh or maybe a weep,” his friend would be first on his list.
He continued, “Life will never be the same.
A post-mortem is scheduled to be performed soon, and the reason for death is unknown.
After retiring from professional football in 2009, Mitch went back to coach the young players in 2017.
The club achieved its first premiership in 20 years while he was its coach.
A few of his students posted heartfelt tributes online to the father of two.
