On the occasion of Father’s Day, the iconic singer John Farnham’s son Robert sent him a kind and sincere greeting to cheer him up as he recovers from surgery to cancer.
On Facebook, Rob, who is now 42 years old, shared a moving picture that he had taken of his father when he was a young child holding a microphone in front of him.
“You’re my hero,” he captioned the photo.
“You got this.”
James Farnham is Robert Farnham’s younger brother, and he also plays music professionally. Robert is John and Jillian Farnham’s oldest son.
John Farnham is currently in a stable condition in the intensive care unit of a Melbourne hospital as he continues to recover from his marathon 12-hour surgery.
Due to the fact that Farnham’s jaw had to be amputated in order to remove a tumour that was malignant in his mouth, the process also included reconstructive surgery.
After learning that the You’re the Voice vocalist had been diagnosed with cancer, followers from every corner of the world reached out to offer their condolences and words of encouragement to him.
