Angered by how long it took him and partner Thanasi Kokkinakis to practice, Nick Krygios called out Tennis Australia for not prioritizing the professional players.
The Australian Open’s men’s doubles champions visited the National Tennis Centre, which features 20 courts.
Nick wanted to take advantage of the courts to prepare for the Japan Open, which begins on Saturday.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of courts, the world number 20 and his partner were not able to practice.
In his Instagram story, he criticized Tennis Australia for not prioritizing the professional players.
In response, he posted a second Instagram story that said: “We won the Australian Open, but we can’t practice on one court for an hour.”
A video of him interacting with Kokkinakis and Loney was also posted on his Instagram page. It showed him enjoying playing tennis on the court.
