A man in his 30s died after he was found unresponsive in a walk-in freezer at a bakery on Thursday, according to the police.
The incident happened at Biegel’s Bakery. The police were called to the facility at around 8:25 am after a report of a death.
The cause of the man’s death was not immediately clear, however, it is believed that the employee was locked inside one of the freezers and couldn’t get out.
The medical examiner’s office did not respond to requests for comment.
A representative of the bakery could not be reached for comment.
