An 11-year-old boy died in November 2021 after he was bitten by a snake in Queensland.
A 31-year-old man from Murgon was charged with manslaughter following an investigation.
The incident happened in the South Burnett region of Queensland.
According to the Courier-Mail, the boy was identified as Tristian Frahm.
At the time of his death, his aunt posted a tribute to him on Facebook, where she referred to him as a “little hero.”
She also said that she would miss him “more and more every minute.”
The incident was investigated by Operation Uniform Weft, which was established by the Queensland Police.
According to the police, the man from Murgon allegedly failed to seek medical attention for the boy after he was bitten by a snake.
The boy and the man were known to each other.
