Jonnie Irwin, who hosts the TV series A Place in the Sun, revealed that he has terminal cancer. He was told that he had six months to live.
In a statement, Irwin said that he wanted to do everything in his power to help his three children before the time comes. As a part of the show, he helps couples relocate to a different area away from their homes.
Although Irwin was initially told that his cancer was in his lung, he later learned that it had spread to his brain. He told Hello magazine that he doesn’t know how long he has left.

He said that he has tried to remain positive and stay focused on doing what he can to improve his health.
He also said that he has changed his mindset from assuming that he won’t be able to achieve certain milestones in his life. Instead, he has started setting small goals to celebrate his life.
He said that he used to tell himself that he wouldn’t be well enough to plan ahead. However, now, he wants to make plans and celebrate his life.
He said that he wants to capture the moments with his family, especially his three sons, who are going to grow up without their father.
Irwin also shared the warning signs that he has been experiencing. He said that people should make the most of their day.
Irwin was in Italy filming his TV series A Place in the Sun when he suffered from blurred vision. He was immediately told that he had six months to live.
Despite his initial prognosis, treatment, which included chemotherapy, helped prolong his life. He also wanted to share his story with other people.
Irwin said that he wants to inspire people who are facing life-threatening illnesses to live a positive life.
He and his wife, Jessica, are also parents to three children.
