The family of 22-year-old Sharmayne Fisher, who was killed after she was hit by a car while walking home, are raising funds for her funeral.
She was struck by a black BMW at the intersection of Morrison Road and Farrall Road in Perth’s Midvale at around 10:30pm on Friday.
According to the police, the driver, a 32-year-old woman, was not injured.
Her aunt, Angela Roads, started a fundraising page on the website Gofundme.com to help with the funeral expenses.
She said that the family was devastated by the loss of Sharmayne and that she leaves behind a son, who will grow up without his mother.
Unfortunately, it is not feasible for the family to afford to pay for Sharmayne’s funeral.
They are asking people to help them by donating to the cause. If you know her friends or family, then please help the Fisher family.
The Fisher family would like to express their gratitude for all the support they have received during this difficult time.
Sharmayne was a beautiful girl, and she will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
One of her grandmother’s tributes said that she had an artistic flare.
According to her grandmother, Sharmayne had beautiful artwork.
Crime Stoppers is also asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of the car that hit her.
