A teenager has been charged with murder after he allegedly hit a pregnant woman in the head with a concrete object in a Perth shopping centre’s car park.
The 30-year-old victim, Diane Miller, suffered a cardiac arrest after she was knocked unconscious.
Diane Miller, who was five months pregnant, died. Her unborn child also lost its life.
The homicide squad of West Australia today charged a 17-year-old with murder. He will appear in court on Wednesday.
Miller’s partner, Philip Edmonds, spoke about her last week. He said that she was a beautiful person who had a wicked attitude.
He referred to her as his baby girl. He will cherish her until the day he dies.
In a statement, Miller’s three sisters said that they were all one big family, and they couldn’t speak more about her.
They described her as a kind and happy person who would do anything for anyone.
