A baby boy died after he was hit by a car in Queensland on Tuesday. He was run over by a vehicle at around 4.20pm on Monday at a property in Thabeban.
A GoFundMe page established to help the boy’s family identified him as Cooper.
The child was taken to a Bundaberg Hospital with critical head injuries. He later died.
The police are currently investigating the incident and are preparing a report for the coroner.
A crowdfunding campaign was established to help the boy’s family.
It aims to raise money for the funeral and support the other siblings and parents.
The campaign organizer stated that the incident was a “blameless tragic accident”.
The baby was only 12 months old when he died.
According to the page, Cooper was taken too soon.
“He was just 12 months old and had his whole life ahead of him.”
