In a video that has been circulating online, a sovereign citizen can be seen cursing at a police officer while he was trying to fine him for driving without a license.
The clip was shared by the Twitter account of CookerWatch, which is dedicated to mocking conspiracy theorists.
The officer patiently explains to the man why he should have a temporary permit because he’s an unlicensed driver.
He then gives him a $220 infringement notice, which will allow him to drive until noon that day.
In Australia, sovereign citizens are commonly believed to be exempt from the law. They don’t have to pay taxes, and they don’t need to carry driver’s licenses.
However, when the police officer asked the man where he was going, he refused to co-operate.
The man initially said he was only required to go to work. The police officer then asked where he was going and when he was going to finish his shift.
The man then claimed that he didn’t need a permit, but the officer insisted on giving him one.
After the officer explained that the permit was for him to go to work, the man came up with an incredibly bizarre excuse.
The man claimed that he was not driving and that he was operating his private property.
The officer then tried to explain the situation to him. He then told him that he should get a permit so that he could drive until noon. He said that this would allow him to get the vehicle to wherever he needed to go.
The officer then explained the conditions of the infringement notice, which included a fine of $220 and a permit to drive.
He said that he would give the man an opportunity to get the vehicle and leave at midday.
The officer then told the motorists that they would need to get a license if they were going to continue driving.
The law enforcer then tries to hand over the documents that the motorists refused to take. The man repeatedly says that he didn’t want to accept the documents.

The law enforcer then throws the documents out of the car window in an attempt to explain the situation to the man.
The confrontation between the police officer and the man continued as the man prepared to drive away.
He then asked the officer why he was holding a gun and how he could solve a crime instead of fining people. The officer then continued to explain that the man didn’t have a license.
The man then called the police officer a dog and said that he didn’t deserve to be a law enforcer.
He was reacting to the fact that the officer was fining people who were simply going to go to work.
This was the latest in a series of similar confrontations between law enforcers and sovereign citizens.
In Coffs Harbour, NSW, last month, Helen Delaney, a fellow sovereign citizen, was filmed arguing with the police officer during a traffic stop.
After the pair argued, the officer eventually broke the vehicle’s window before pulling Ms Delaney out of the car.
