Krystle Monks, 19, was found unresponsive at a home in Bundamba, in Queensland, on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 9pm.
According to Nine News, the woman suffered critical head injuries after she reportedly fell from a bed.
She was taken to a local hospital. On Monday, Ms Monks died, two weeks before she was due to turn 20.
The Yamanto Police Station is currently conducting an investigation regarding her death.
Homicide detectives are also working on the case.
On social media, her friends paid tribute to her.
Akierra Denton said she was devastated by her friend’s death.
She also wrote that she will always be missed.
She was described as a beautiful and talented individual who will be greatly missed by her friends.
Nathaniel Kean, a family friend, said Ms Monks was an outgoing and fun-loving person who would make anyone around her smile.
