In Australia, the police have arrested a woman after she was accused of sexually assaulting her own two-year- old granddaughter multiple times and sharing the abuse material on TikToK.
The investigation was launched after the Australian Federal Police received a report of child abuse on January 27.
The case was then sent to the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Team and the Anti-Child Exploitation Team.
On Sunday, a woman was arrested at a residence in south Canberra.
She has been charged with multiple offenses, including the production of child exploitation materials and the use of a carriage service for the abuse of children.
The police are now urging all victims of sexual violence to come forward and report the criminal activities that they experienced.
They also encourage individuals who are aware of the sharing of intimate images without their consent to contact the police.
You can also report incidents of sexual assault that happened more than six months ago through the online form.
The woman was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
