Jenny Tian, a Sydneysider, launched a furious attack on Australia Post, its staff, and the delivery act, calling them all “so sh**.”
She also took aim at the organization’s “grumpy” and “bland” staff members, as well as the red delivery slips that customers get when they miss a parcel.
When she received one of the company’s cards, she exclaimed that she had been summoned to waste an entire hour of her life.
According to her, the staff members were dressed in white and red, and they were handing out packages, but they were just as irritable as the holiday character.
She went to the Australia Post office to pick up a parcel, and she didn’t leave out the odd items on offer, such as coffee machines, airfryers, and breadmakers.
Her furious rant, which was shared hundreds of times on Facebook, sparked a debate about the organization’s faults and how it treats its customers.
