Two months after John Farnham announced that he was cancer-free, a close friend of the musician revealed that he is recovering.
According to the Daily Telegraph, a source close to the legend, said that the 74-year old is now “rebuilding.”
According to his friend, John is now in the rebuilding phase of his battle against cancer.
He is reportedly doing well and is even more funny.
The friend said that it is a miracle that John is cancer-free.
He reportedly thought that people would never want to see him again.
However, he is now happy with the response he has received.
Farnham was diagnosed with throat cancer last year. He underwent a major surgery, which involved the removal of a tumour and the reconstruction of his jaw.
On August 23, which was one year since his operation, Farnham released a statement to thank everyone for their well-wishes and messages. He also stated that he was now cancer-free.
This month, John Farnham is expected to be back in the spotlight.
He is scheduled to release an anniversary edition of his Age of Reason album on October 20.
