A manager was left in tatters after he was caught on social media demanding that an employee return to work while they were on annual leave.
According to Ben Askins, his supervisor sent him a message while they were on holiday in Mexico.
In the text message, the supervisor told the employee that due to an error, they would have to cancel the rest of their annual leave.
He then told them that they would have to report for work on Thursday and Friday.
The employee was confused by the message, and the supervisor told them that there was nothing they could do about it.
The worker said that due to their situation, they could not go back to work in time.
The supervisor then told them that they had to change their flights and that there would be a flight available on Wednesday.
The employee then referred to the message as a joke.
The worker then asked the supervisor if it was a joke.
The supervisor said it was not a joke and that they had to go back to work on Thursday and Friday due to the overabundance of people who were off.
The worker then stated that they would not be able to return to work in time, and that they would report the incident if the supervisor pushed it.
The exchange was shared online and was condemned by Ben Askins, who is a managing director of a digital agency.
When the supervisor asked him why he was violating the company’s policies, Ben said that it was not allowed.
He then demanded an explanation from the supervisor, who he believed was in the wrong because he had mistakenly approved the employee’s annual leave.
He said that if the system was designed to automatically produce employees, then the supervisor should have known that it was not working properly.
According to Ben, the problem was the supervisor, who he said had failed to properly implement the company’s policies.
He said that the employee’s issue was not the fault of the worker, but of the supervisor.
He suggested that the company hire a freelance employee to handle the situation.
The company is starting to mesh employees on their annual leaves, which is not acceptable.
The supervisor said that the employee would not be cancelling their holiday, and that the company should hire a freelance worker if they have any issues.
