An investigation will be carried out regarding the sudden death of a female police officer in South Australia, who was reportedly found dead at the Port Adelaide station.
The incident reportedly happened while she was on duty. The police force confirmed the incident on Monday night. It is believed that the officer was found dead around 4:30 pm.
The SAPOL stated that the death of the officer, who was found at the Port Adelaide station, was not suspicious.
An investigation will be carried out to determine the cause of the officer’s death, and a commissioner’s inquiry has been ordered.

It said that an officer might have committed suicide after struggling with depression.
It stated that the page is aware of the station and duty type of the officer who died.
It did not mention whether the officer was the same one who died at the Port Adelaide station.
The post also expressed its condolences to the officer’s family and friends.
The police association in South Australia has urged the public to support the officers and their families at this difficult time.
