In its first licensing agreement with the AFL, Kmart is giving fans the chance to wear their favorite team’s apparel at great prices.
Through this partnership, the company is able to provide apparel for kids and adults that are both affordable and accessible.
The AFL is a vital part of Australian homes, as it brings people together to watch the game.
John Gualtieri, the CEO of Kmart, said the company is excited to partner with the league and provide its customers with the best possible apparel.
He also noted that the company will continue to keep prices low to ensure that everyone can show their support for their favorite team.
As the league’s partner, Kmart is looking forward to seeing what the partnership can achieve.
Kylie Rogers, the executive general manager of the AFL’s commercial division, said the league is excited to work with the company.
As an official retailer of the league’s merchandise, she noted that the partnership will allow the company to connect with its fans.
In 2024, Kmart will be featuring 12 teams in its merchandise range.
The company’s apparel will initially only be available for South Australia and Victorian teams.
It’s also planning on expanding its offerings to include the full list of AFL clubs in the future.
