Holly Candy, who used to be a pop star and TV personality, has stated that she’s not coming back to Australia.
The former Aussie star, who is currently residing in the UK alongside her billionaire husband, Nick, said during a political podcast that she doesn’t want to return home because of the issues in the country.
For the past decade, the former Neighbours star has been living in different countries.
She noted that Australia has changed significantly, and she doesn’t want to return home due to the issues that she witnessed there.
She also stated that she feels that “wokeism” is taking over schools in the country.
When it comes to the topic of sexuality and children, Candy stated that she doesn’t think that anyone’s sexual preferences are anyone’s business.
She additionally criticized Greta Thunberg, a climate activist, for contributing to the issues affecting children.
During an interview with Christopher Hope, Candy stated that she doesn’t understand how Thunberg can be considered a goddess in classrooms while she’s contributing to the issues affecting kids.
She claimed that all the kids are suffering from anxiety and depression.
According to Candy, Australians often think that they’re living in a nanny state. However, she noted that she’s still receiving unwanted phone calls from a specific state.
She asked why people would go to such lengths to study or engage in physical activities when they believe that they’re going to die in five years.
