Bev Brock, who was the former wife of Australian racing legend Peter Brock, died at the age of 77.
She passed away two years after she was diagnosed with cancer.

According to the Herald Sun, she died at her Melbourne residence on Sunday morning.
She and Peter were together for over 30 years before they split up in 2005. They had two kids, Robert and Alexandra.
She also had a son named James with her first husband, James McIntosh.
The couple’s relationship ended in 2005 after Brock died following a rally in Perth. He and Bev were together for over 30 years.
They were both highly regarded in the racing community. She was also awarded a Medal of Australia.
She also wrote two books about her former partner. Although they never married, she took his name in the deed poll.
In the past few years, Bamford revealed that her relationship with Peter started even before they split up.
According to her, she and Peter had planned to get married prior to his death. She said she would have approved of their union had they decided to get married.
