Following the deaths of their parents, the couple’s four and eight year old daughters were left orphans.
Marjan passed away on June 6, while Nigel passed away on May 31.
Their tragic story started two years ago when Mr. Joyce was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
A fund has been established to help the children of the Joyce family by their friend Angela Hawkins.
It has raised over $151,000. The family has faced a lot of challenges over the past two years.
Following Nigel’s brain tumor diagnosis, Marjan was also diagnosed with breast cancer.
Their situation has been incredibly challenging. Unfortunately, on ANZAC Day, Nigel developed a health crisis, and died two weeks later.
After completing her radiation treatments, Marjan started experiencing seizures and vision loss.
She was then told that her cancer had spread to her brain.
The entire family is in a state of shock and is doing everything they can to support each other.
The goal of this fundrasing page is to support the family and the girls as they go through this difficult time.
As parents, it is our hope that the page will help the family get through this difficult time.
According to Angela, the two of them will be shining brightly together.
They have left behind a pair of beautiful little girls, and their memory will continue to bring inspiration and comfort to everyone that knew them.
