Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay shared a video on his Instagram account to talk about his recent bicycle accident, which he claimed left him shaken.
He noted that he was lucky to be alive. The accident occurred in Connecticut.
He thanked the doctors, nurses, and other individuals who looked after him during his stay in the hospital.
However, he noted that wearing a helmet was very important. Ramsay posted a couple of photos on his Instagram page, including one that showed the damage his helmet sustained following the accident.

In spite of how short the trip might be, he emphasized the importance of wearing a helmet, even for kids.
He said that even though he had been in pain, he still had to wear one.
He also showed off a large bruise on his torso after pulling back his chef’s coat.
Commenting on his passion for cycling and triathlons, Ramsay urged fellow riders to wear helmets this Father’s Day weekend.
He also asked fathers to do the same.
In a post on his Instagram page, Ramsay said that he was feeling good and didn’t suffer any major injuries.
