A travel agent from Sydney was apprehended by the police after he was accused of taking money from her customers.

According to A Current Affair, Zahra Rachid is accused of ripping off numerous clients.

According to Nicole Vris, she booked a trip to Greece with Rachid from Travelworld Sydney for her entire family.

She said that she was devastated by the incident, as it had been her dream to go on a vacation with all of her relatives.

She also stated that the airline did not have a record of her booking.

According to Vris, her family was left with around $160,000 out of their travel budget.

She was able to secure new flights to Greece, however, the trip won’t be for the entire family.

She stated that Rachid should be held accountable for what she did.

The NSW Fair Trading agency received over two hundred complaints about the company.

Rachid is facing numerous fraud charges for allegedly cancelling her customers’ bookings and failing to provide refunds.

Vris stated that she thinks that returning the money to the customers would be beneficial.
