It’s no secret that MasterChef Australia viewers often accuse the judges of playing favorites. Over the past couple of weeks, they suspected that Andy Allen has been coaching some of the contestants, such as Josh Perry.
Viewers were outraged by his cruel attitude toward Nat Thaipun during last week’s episode.
During the episode, Andy admitted that he was initially convinced that Nat was talented, but he now doubts that he was right.
After the show, Nat told Yahoo Lifestyle that she never took the criticism personally, and she was grateful that the judges pushed her to her best.
According to her, the messages she received from people who claimed that the judges were too harsh on her were actually very funny.
She noted that she would have to look back at the episodes to see if the criticism she received actually happened.
She also noted that she believed that the criticism she and the other contestants received was necessary to improve their skills.
If they didn’t receive constructive feedback, she said she would not be able to continue in the competition.
Nat also noted that her parents would often tell her that she could do better.
She said that it was important for the contestants to avoid taking criticism personally during the competition so that they could not psyche themselves out.
Nat also noted that she doesn’t think she would be able to win the competition if she got carried away by all the speculation about the other contestants.
She said that she was focused on her food and that she doesn’t hear the other people talking about her.
This is similar to the comments made by Poh Ling Yeow, who claimed that the allegations about the other contestants being favorites were untrue.
In an interview with a local publication, Nat denied that the other contestants were playing favorites. She said that there was no room for anything other than fair play.
The judges are usually divided when it comes to making the final decision. During the process, they discuss the various factors that affect the outcome.
Nat walked away with the grand prize of $250,000 and a residency at the acclaimed ALUMNI restaurant in Crown Melbourne.
She also received an opportunity to work in Jamie Oliver’s restaurant in London as part of the immunity challenge.
Following the show, Nat said that she plans on using her prize money to go on a worldwide trip and work at various restaurants.
