Pop star Katy Perry has been confirmed to perform at the 2024 Grand Final of the Australian Football League.
The event will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Perry, who is 39 years old, said she was excited to be a part of the event and thrilled to be able to perform at the famous venue.

She will be able to provide the fans with an amazing show. Matt Gudinski, the chief executive of the event’s organizer, the Mushroom Group, said that he is thrilled that Perry has agreed to be part of the event.
He noted that the Grand Final is the biggest sporting event in Australia and that the partnership between the league and the Mushroom Group has resulted in an amazing line-up of entertainers over the years. He was especially excited to see that Katy Perry would be joining the event in 2024.
The Mushroom Group is currently working with the AFL and Katy Perry’s team to produce a show that will provide the best entertainment possible for the fans.
It comes after a thrilling performance by American rock band Kiss during the match between the Brisbane Lions and the Collingwood Magpies last year.
