A newborn baby was found dead in a home in the southern part of Brisbane, and the incident has been labeled as sudden.

The child was nine weeks old. The incident was reported to the police on Sunday afternoon.

The Queensland Police are currently conducting an investigation to determine what caused the infant’s death.

According to the Courier Mail, the nine-week-old baby had been in the hospital for a skull fracture.

His death is being regarded as suspicious, and emergency services were reportedly at the home a week prior to the incident.

The police would not confirm or deny the reports, and they were still conducting an investigation.
