Customers of one of Australia’s major banks experienced issues with their online banking services on Thursday.

The outage affected services provided by the National Australia Bank.

Reports about the issue began to emerge around 4:30 pm.

Some users noted that the process of logging in was slow. Others said they were kicked off the app when they tried to log in.

According to reports, some people had issues with their bank balances.

A website known as Downdetector received over 1800 reports about the issue from around 4:30 pm.

A spokesperson for the bank said that the issue was affecting its desktop and mobile banking services.

The company’s tech team was working to resolve the issue.

The issue was fixed around 7 pm.

The spokesperson also said that the bank would continue to keep its customers informed.
