The bank noted that it is aware of the issue, and it is working on refunds.

It noted that it is working on a fix to address the issue and that it would refund the fees charged.
Other services such as the internet banking app, ATMs, merchant terminals, and credit and debit cards are still available.
The bank also said that it would provide financial support to those who are in need of it. It urged its customers to be vigilant of scam activity.
The bank said that it would never ask for personal information such as an individual’s NetBank password or NetCode over the phone or through email.
It also said that it would never ask for a link to access their account over the phone.
