Millions of customers of ING Australia have been unable to access their online banking services due to an issue.
The company said it has identified the issue and is working on a fix. In a statement, ING said it was sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The company noted that it was working on a fix and apologised to all of its affected customers.
According to a tech website, over 2,200 people have reported experiencing issues with the ING app and website.
The issue reportedly started to affect some users around 1 pm.
Some of those who tried to log in to ING’s app said that something was not working.
Others noted that they were unable to perform transactions.
