Maret Archer, who played the role of Beryl in the popular Australian television series Housos, passed away on Friday at the age of 75.
Her death was confirmed by Paul Fenech, the show’s creator.
Archer also appeared in other Fenech shows, such as Fat Pizza vs. Housos and the spin-off series, Housos vs. Authority.
In an Instagram post, Fenech remembered her as a talented and funny woman. He also stated that she would be missed by everyone.

Many of them have expressed their condolences and memories of the actress. One of the actors who worked with her, Kyrah Anne, said that she always admired her work.
Archer became a household name due to her portrayal of the character in the satirical show Housos, which was created and written by Paul Fenech.
It revolved around a group of low-income individuals living in a fictional suburb of Sunnyvale in New South Wales. The show, which ran for four seasons, started in 2011.
