Tom O’Neill, a former student of St Joseph’s College Geelong, passed away in his sleep on New Year’s Eve, leaving his family and friends in shock.
The 22-year-old’s death is believed to have been caused by a suspected medical episode, with a coroner’s investigation still underway to determine the official cause.

At just three months old, Tom was diagnosed with meningitis, which later developed into epilepsy.
