Elon Musk’s Latest Drama: Conservative Influencer Claims He’s the Father of Her Child
Who is Ashley St. Clair?
Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old conservative influencer, has filed a petition to recognize tech billionaire Elon Musk as the father of her child.
This news comes weeks after she revealed on X that she had given birth to a baby allegedly fathered by Musk in secret five months ago.
The Story Behind the Petition
According to the paternity petition filed in the New York Supreme Court, St. Clair claims she and Musk started a romantic relationship in May 2023 and conceived a child in January 2024, in St. Barts. She stated that she didn’t have sex with any other man around the time of conception.
After giving birth in September 2024, St. Clair sent Musk a photo of herself and the infant, to which he allegedly responded, “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.” He later admitted to being the child’s father in a conversation about safety concerns.
Text Messages Reveal Musk’s Involvement
The petition includes text messages that appear to show Musk acknowledging the child and their relationship. In one message, Musk allegedly wrote, “I want to knock you up again.” Another message reads, “well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
Musk’s Limited Involvement in the Child’s Life
Despite allegedly admitting to being the father, Musk has only visited the child three times and hasn’t been involved in his care. St. Clair claims she has been the primary caregiver, scheduling and taking the child to medical appointments, and ensuring his physical and emotional needs are met.
A Similar Case with Grimes
This isn’t the first time Musk has faced a paternity petition. In October 2023, singer Grimes filed a similar petition in California to establish a parental relationship with Musk over her three children. The dispute was later settled in Texas.
Musk’s Response
Musk has not publicly commented on the matter, but he did respond to a post on X stating that St. Clair “plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk” with a simple “Whoa.” St. Clair shot back, asking for a real response instead of publicly responding to smears.
