Congratulations Pour in from Aussie Dolphins Teammates
The news sparked a flood of congratulations from Chalmers’ teammates, including Shayna Jack, who wrote: “OMG congratulations!!! So happy for you both.
You’ll make incredible parents.” Olympic gold medallist Ariarne Titmus also chimed in, saying: “So happy for you guys xx.”
It’s clear that Chalmers and Løyning have the support and love of their friends and teammates as they prepare for this new chapter in their lives.
A Whirlwind 12 Months for the Couple
The past year has been a wild ride for Chalmers and Løyning. They announced their engagement last June, just before the Paris Olympic Games, and now they’re getting ready to start a family.
Chalmers had an amazing Olympics, claiming silver in the 100m freestyle and continuing his remarkable journey as one of Australia’s top swimmers.
Despite being at the top of his game for nearly a decade, Chalmers isn’t showing any signs of slowing down – and retirement is definitely not on his radar!
What’s Next for Kyle Chalmers?
After the Olympics, Chalmers and Løyning travelled to Norway, where they met her family and enjoyed some well-deserved downtime.
Chalmers has since returned to Adelaide to continue his training, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this talented Aussie swimmer and his growing family.
With a new baby on the way, it’s going to be an exciting year for Chalmers and Løyning – and we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way!
