The entertainment industry is in shock after the sudden passing of Bollywood actress, TV star, and model Shefali Jariwala at the age of 42.
A Cardiac Arrest Claims Her Life
Jariwala died on Thursday night at Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai after suffering a cardiac arrest.
She rose to fame in the early 2000s with her debut in the music video “Kaanta Laga” by DJ Doll.
She went on to feature in numerous Indian films, including “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi”, “Shaitani Rasmein”, and “Hudugaru”. Her last role was on the TV show “Shaitani Rasmein” in 2024.

Jariwala was married to actor Parag Tyagi, a prominent figure in the film industry.

Jariwala was a hugely popular social media star with over 3.4 million followers on Instagram.
Her final post came on June 24, just three days before her passing, showing her looking glamorous in a sleek, silver, flared jumpsuit during a photoshoot.
