A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder following the sudden death of a 44-year-old man on the Gold Coast.
What Happened?
Emergency services were called to Beale Street in Southport around 9:30 pm on Saturday after reports of an unresponsive man in a vehicle.
The 44-year-old man was found with head injuries and was rushed to Gold Coast University Hospital, where he sadly died.
The Investigation
Police were notified of the man’s death on Sunday morning and arrested a 28-year-old man from Stafford Heights on suspicion of murder. He will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.
