A devastating incident occurred at O’Sullivan Beach in Adelaide’s south, leaving a community in shock.
A 29-year-old man from Christie Downs lost his life in a drowning accident on Thursday.

It all started when two young fishermen spotted the man floating in the water near the O’Sullivan Beach Boat Ramp.
They quickly sprang into action, calling triple-0 for help.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, arriving shortly before 10:30 am.
A Desperate Rescue Effort
The man was brought to shore, but sadly, it was too late. Despite the best efforts of the emergency responders, he could not be revived.
The scene was met with a somber mood as firefighters and police stood on the beach, holding a green plastic sheet.
