In a heartbreaking development, Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, and his family are desperately seeking help after being evicted from their luxurious $3.3 million mansion in Los Angeles. Aaron’s mum, Patricia Phypers, has launched a GoFundMe page, claiming her son has been “destroyed” by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him.
Patricia, who shares Aaron with Steven Phypers, wrote on the fundraiser page: “My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him… Please Help My Son Aaron.” She described herself as “a Grandmother Begging for Justice and for the Little Girl Torn From Our Lives,” referring to 14-year-old Eloise, whom Aaron is fighting for custody of.
Patricia claimed that the “deepest wound” for Aaron was the “loss of his daughter,” Eloise, whom Richards adopted before her relationship with him. “She was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him … and from us … without truth, without justice, without mercy,” Patricia wrote.
Patricia alleged that she stepped in to care for Eloise “for weeks” when Richards was away, providing her with stability and protection. She also claimed that Aaron “carried the entire household” but was ultimately “cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing.”
Aaron and Richards were ordered to vacate their home in Calabasas, California, after failing to pay $84,000 in rent. Richards hasn’t been living in the house amid their contentious divorce, which was filed in July after six years of marriage. In November, Richards was granted a permanent restraining order against Aaron after accusing him of abusing her throughout their marriage, which he has denied.
Aaron hit back by filing documents for an emergency hearing in his spousal support case, arguing that he was in danger of being homeless and needed access to their funds. “I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing can be advanced to an earlier date and orders can be entered allowing me access to the substantial funds that are being controlled by [Richards],” he claimed.
Richards adopted Eloise in 2011 and also shares two kids with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. As of January 2, the GoFundMe page had raised $1,308, but it has since been deleted.
