The child then turns around and calls out “Nanny.”
As the tot continues to wave at the camera, another child sitting next to it coughs and complains about how she’s choking on the vapors from the pen.
Sharing the video on X, the user who posted it claimed that it was not theirs, but said that it was the first time he had seen a young child smoking an e-cig.
They urged the parents to be identified in the video, as this could help save the kids from harm.
