Former Matildas player Larissa Crummer shocked the football community by announcing that she was retiring from the national team.

She said that she wanted to spend more time with her family.

However, the news about her pregnancy added to her decision to return home.

In a statement, the Crummers said that they were thrilled to announce that they are expecting their first child, which will be a baby girl, in November.

Some of her former teammates, such as Emily Gielnik and Amy Sayer, also expressed their congratulations.

Crummer, who played 33 games for the national team, was not able to join the FIFA Women’s World Cup team.

Although she mainly spent her career in Australia, Crummer joined the SK Brann team in Norway last year.

She decided to call it quits after the team lost to Barcelona in the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
