In Western Australia, 19-year-old Maddie Miller has already paid off about 65% of her mortgage.

Unlike most people her age, she was able to reduce her mortgage to $160,000, which is less than the average amount of debt in the country.

She makes around $25,000 to $30,000 a month through Onlyfans, and at 18, she decided to purchase her first home after she was informed that she was eligible for the government’s first-homebuyer grant.

She saved up enough money to put down a deposit of $18,000 on a small property in Western Australia.

The experience has been a learning curve for the 19-year-old, who said that before she bought a home, she had no idea what a mortgage broker was.

She was assisted by a mortgage broker, but she still had a few new things to learn.

According to her, she was clueless about the entire process of homeownership, necessitating a search for ‘mortgage broker’ on Google.

Although learning everything from the technical aspect to the intricacies of the loan was challenging, Maddie found her decision to purchase a home satisfying nonetheless.

She is thrilled to have her own home, and she’s planning on purchasing another one soon. Maddie lives alone, and she enjoys being able to make her own place. While her friends are having a hard time deciding whether they should hang posters in their houses without their landlords’ permission, she is currently remodeling her own place.

Currently residing in her current home, she is currently engaged in the renovation of her property. She also stated that she is planning on adding new flooring and bathroom fixtures before she moves into her second home. The most enjoyable part of the process, she claimed, is that she is able to decorate her home exactly how she wants it.

She enjoys being able to decorate her home her own way. She also stated that nobody yells at her when she leaves her clothes inside the dryer.
