On the Sunshine Coast, friends and relatives of Amy Maher, 33, remember her and her infant son, Arlo, who died following a car crash on Friday.
The two were killed when the vehicle they were in hit a tree along the Caboolture River Road at Upper Caboolture.
A Gofundme page has been established to help the family of Amy, who was described as a loving wife and mother.
Her sister-in-law, Jade Baulch, said that the tragic incident has left her husband, Alan, devastated.
Baulch also noted that Amy’s love for her family would never be forgotten.
The family is going through a difficult time, and the support they need will be provided in any way possible.
The police are also appealing for witnesses to come forward.
The Forensic Crash Unit is looking into the incident and has requested footage from CCTV and dashcams.
