They posted a picture of him inside his radio booth.

Due to his distinctive voice, he became the voice of various game shows, such as Hot Streak and Wheel of Fortune.

During the 1970s, he briefly appeared as a presenter for the ABC’s music program Countdown.

Throughout his career, he also had the opportunity to interact with prominent individuals, such as boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

His fans, including his former co-workers, paid tribute to him online.

On Twitter, Wendy Harmer, who worked with Sparks at 2DayFM, remembered him as a kind and encouraging individual.

He was also known for his distinctive voice.
