After months of speculation, Liam Knight, a prop for the Bulldogs, officially announced his relationship with Danika Mason, a presenter for Channel 9.
In a post on his Instagram, Knight wrote that his life is good. The photo was part of a collection of images that showed him training and having dinner.
In another photo, Mason is seen with a female friend while she and Knight are on a date in Sydney.
This new relationship between the two came after she ended her engagement to Todd Liubinskazes, a personal trainer, in October last year.
They were supposed to get married in the Hunter Valley, but they decided to break up just three weeks before their wedding.
During the finals of the 2023 National Rugby League competition, Mason was seen on the sideline without her wedding band.
During the last few weeks of the season, her friends said she was devastated and completely heartbroken.
During the broadcast of the match between the Bulldogs and the Cowboys, Mason was a professional and was often seen laughing at the comments made by the other members of the panel.
In January, she also appeared as a part of the network’s coverage of the tennis tournament at the Australian Open.
It was reported that she had been approached by a third party and that she was asked to return her engagement ring to her former partner Liubinskas.
The two were in a relationship for three years prior to their split. In July 2021, Liubinskas proposed to Mason on Instagram.
She began her career at Channel 9 as an intern in 2012. She then rose to the position of host of The Sunday Footy Show.
