The foundations of Waraba, which will eventually house around 70,000 people, are being laid as the city’s first neighborhood, Lilywood Landings, prepares to be constructed.

The construction of the various infrastructure components of Lilywood Landings, which includes a service station and childcare center, is expected to take about two years.

Ian Worthington, from the developer, noted that the project is a significant undertaking.

He said that the company has received over 1,000 registrations from potential buyers.

The starting price for a residential lot in the neighborhood is around $280,000.

According to him, the residents of Waraba can expect to move in by mid-2025.

Over the next four decades, 30,000 homes are expected to be constructed in the area.

This will make it one of the biggest cities in the region.

It’s been a long time coming, and it’s exciting to finally see construction begin.
