Two people were taken to the hospital after a car and a bus collided in Gippsland, Australia.

The incident happened at around 3.50 pm at the intersection of Princes Highway and Bank Street in Traralgon.

Ambulance Victoria was called to attend the scene.

The two individuals were taken to Latrobe Regional Health after a road ambulance was dispatched.

The car’s 39-year-old driver was one of the individuals who was sent to the hospital.

The bus, which was carrying 20 high school students, was not damaged.

Details of the accident are still unclear.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact the police.

Dash cam footage can also be submitted to help investigators.
