According to Newsweek, rapper Snoop Dog is reportedly getting paid $500,000 a day to appear as a special correspondent during the Olympic Games.

He has been spotted at various events, and he was seen wearing a dressage gear.

The report noted that the rapper, who has a net worth of around $US160 million, is receiving a daily rate and expenses.

It was revealed that the figure was shared by Henry McNamara, a venture capitalist.

He said that during a dinner meeting, an NBC executive told him that Snoop was being paid $500,000 a day to promote the Olympics.

According to McNamara, various A-listers, including Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling, Queen Mary of Denmark, and Sharon Stone, have been spotted at different events during the Olympics.

The Canadian team’s attire, which was compared online to a bag of barbecued strips, has caused some to say that the country is suffering from poor fashion choices.

Garnaut, however, praised the team’s overall look, noting that it was a bit elevated compared to Lady Gaga’s outfit.
