A single mother who works full-time and takes care of her seven-year-old daughter leaves her home early to run.

She said it’s hard to find the time to exercise while also looking after her daughter.

The woman, who was criticized online, decided to do it by going for a run around 30 minutes while the child was sleeping.

The woman, who is a fitness enthusiast, said she did not think much about it until her former partner told her not to leave her daughter alone.

She took to a parenting forum to ask for advice about exercising with her daughter, who is only seven.

She said she has started running, but she’s not finding it easy to do so because she and her daughter are both at home.

After work, the family leaves at 7.15 pm and return home at 5.30 pm. The mother said she usually only has enough time to get dinner, bath, and homework done before the bedtime ritual begins.

During the week, she went for early morning runs and left her daughter at bed. According to her, the child woke up before she could leave, and she would often stay in bed while she read or played on her tablet.

The woman said she left her daughter for the third time when she was still asleep. She also wrote a note to remind her to wake up if she did.

The post was met with mixed reactions from the community, with some saying it was fine if the child was responsible, while others called the mother selfish.

If the child is a responsible seven-year-old, then I don’t think it’s harmful to leave her for around 30 minutes while you run.

While it’s fine to leave your child at home for as long as she’s aware of where you are, I believe it’s crucial for kids to be left outside and alone to develop their independence and responsible behavior.

Another parent stated that it’s too young for a child of that age to be left unattended for an entire 30 minutes.

A concerned individual claimed that the child was already seven years old, and it’s appalling that she’s being left to her own devices.

It’s unbelievable that you would consider leaving your child unattended for an extended period of time. She’s already too young to be left at home alone, and it’s always a NO when the child begs to stay there.

Around two to 20 minutes can potentially result in significant accidents in the house, they noted. Even though they’re likely to be fine with leaving them unattended, they’re still at risk.
