CINCINNATI, OHIO – Actress Kelley Mack, known for her role as Addy in the popular TV series The Walking Dead, has passed away at the age of 33 due to complications from glioma of the central nervous system, according to a statement from her family.
Mack, whose real name was Kelley Lynne Klebenow, died on Saturday in Cincinnati.
A CaringBridge page had been set up months prior to provide updates on her condition.
A remembrance service is scheduled for August 16 in Ohio, with a further celebration of life to be held at a later date in Los Angeles, where Mack resided and worked for the past 11 years.
Throughout her career, Mack amassed numerous TV and film credits, including appearances in Unusual Suspects, Grayson: Earth One, Not Your Average Joe, and Unscrewed, among others.
She also appeared in episodes of 9-1-1 and Chicago Med.
Her credits spanned multiple commercials for well-known brands such as Budweiser, Dr Pepper, Dairy Queen, and Chick-fil-A.
Off-screen, Mack lent her voice to several notable projects, including the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq commercial.
Her final credit, both on-screen and as executive producer, is the forthcoming film Universal, set to premiere at the Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
In a statement, her family remembered Mack as a vibrant spirit with a creative passion and dedication to storytelling, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew her and the audiences she captivated through her work.
Outside of her acting and producing career, Mack was an accomplished college tennis player who enjoyed hiking, pickleball, biking, playing piano, and traveling.
Mack is survived by her parents, brother Parker, sister Kathryn, grandparents, and her boyfriend, Logan.
The family has requested that anyone wishing to pay their respects attend the scheduled remembrance services.
